Organization Registration
If your organization has a participant contract with MDS, the designated representative will receive an email invitation link. This person acts as the initial Organization Admin. Use the link to set up your account, personal profile, and organization profile. Once registered, you can invite additional users.
Inviting Users
- Navigate to the "Users and Roles" page.
- Click the "Invite User" button.
Note: Invitation links expire after 12 hours.
Roles & Rights
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| User | View-only access: Browse the portal and view organization-related sections. |
| Key User | Connector Management: Browse the portal and manage connectors (register, order CaaS, or remove). |
| Admin | Full Management: Edit organization profile, manage users (invite/delete/deactivate), and manage connectors. |
