Setting up three connections for a router - MirandaE20-class/tech-journal GitHub Wiki

In packet tracer, there is a default of 2 ethernet connections per router, I took the following steps to increase the number of connections to 3 for the 1841 Router:

• Clicked on the router to open the physical view
• Powered down the router
• Dragged the WIC-1ENET from the modules bar to the empty slot on the router
• Powered on the router
• Clicked on the config menu then Ethernet0/0/0 to ensure I would be able to set a static IPv4 Address
