Once the router was able to hold three ethernet connections I took the following steps to configure each connection:

• Turned the ports on for each ethernet connection
• Took note of which PCs were connected to each ethernet interface
• Assigned PC0's interface to have an IP of 192.168.1.1/24
• Assigned PC1's interface to have an IP of 192.168.2.1/24
• Assigned PC2's interface to have an IP of 192.168.3.1/24

From there I configured the PCs and was able to ping across the network
