Story-ish
There is a catastrophy coming (might be non-defined?), you have to avert it. Each time you open the site a counter descends (not nessessarily something you'll see, but I would guess there need to be some kind of effect), but the choices you do can stop the tick. When the counter is 0, the game is over.
It will mostly be you finding and talking to NPCs. Maybe a bunch of "grafitti" that plays in too
I see a lot of stuff happening that PC are mostly just "happening to be there", and a lot of stuff happening wether there is anyone there or not. Might need to degrade actions if noone sees. Unseen conversations for example is quite unnecessary
