Description

These small gem-like objects have a male port on them that can be inserted onto hemagenic weapons to improve the weapons' qualities.

It should be noted that upgrades cannot be switched out when the weapon is in use. Doing so may disrupt the weapon and cause more damage than was intended.

Flow Amplifier

This modifier acts as an enhancement modifier to the weapon.

Everyone flow amplifier has a Transmute slot on their bottom which can fit any Ability Transmuter that has a special ability rank equal to or less than its modifier rank.

Additionally, for physical weapons generated, their hardness will improve by +2 for each enhancement modifier and will require 5 additional hit points reserved.

The caster-level of the amplifier is three-times the bonus it applies. When connecting a flow amplifier to a weapon, it will set it's caster level to the cast-level of the amplifier.

Ability Transmuter

Applies the special ability to the weapon.

Transmuters may only be installed in flow amplifiers at or below their rank. Their price is equal to double their value listed in the table linked to below. If an equivalent enhancement modifier is provided, its cost will be the same as an equivalent flow-amplifier.
