Introduction

So you want to analyze the picrust2 data, but you just got an absolute load of it and what does it all mean! Well the first major choice it seems it to use the KO (Kegg) data or the EC/MetaCyc data. And I don't have an answer yet. Kegg seems a bit cooler than Metacyc but this is decision based on vibes and decades old posts (plus KO i.e. Kegg data mapped more pathways to my data so its the bigger dataset). Eitherway lets a go!
