#####Changes in Vivado2013.4

Main changes made based on the linux tagged 'xilinx-v2013.4' for Vivado2013.4, by Sep 2015.

• Added configuration file meshsr_ons_defconfig.
• Modified the driver for mmc sdhci.c to support TF card.
• Modified the driver for net/phy to support Marvell 88e1111 and Vitesse VSC8574.
• Modified the driver for net/ethernet to support the MDIO management and 1 DMA to n MAC connection on ONetSwitch.
