Plastic
Plastic is a material added by Immersibrook that serves as the primary crafting ingredient for many of its blocks and items.
Plastic comes in two main varieties:
- Raw Plastic
- Processed Plastic
Storage blocks can also be crafted for both Raw and Processed Plastic in all sixteen Minecraft colors.
All of Immersibrook's plastic is also in the Forge Ore Dictionary. Click Here to view all Ore Dictionary entries for Immersibrook Plastic
Processed Plastic
A block of processed blue plastic.
Processed Plastic blocks serve as a means of storing processed plastic ingots. They can be crafted like any other Ore Storage Block (Block of Iron, Gold Diamond, etc) by placing nine plastic ingots into a Crafting Table. You can also break the Processed Plastic block back down into its nine ingots by placing it in a Crafting Table.
Most recipes requiring plastic will need Processed Plastic in order to craft. You can get Processed Plastic ingots by smelting raw plastic in a Furnace.
Raw Plastic
A block of raw cyan plastic.
Raw Plastic is the first initial stage of plastic production. You can get uncolored Raw Plastic by combining Sand and Slime Balls in a Crafting Table. Uncolored Raw Plastic cannot be used on its own and has to be dyed before it can be smelted into Processed Plastic ingots. Raw Plastic comes in all sixteen Minecraft colors.
Raw Plastic Blocks are similar to Sand and Gravel blocks. They have a gritty sandy texture and are affected by gravity. You can also smelt a Raw Plastic block in order to get nine Processed Plastic ingots at once.
Glowstone Infused Plastic
Glowstone Infused Plastic is a special type of Plastic that glows. It is used to make plastic blocks that are meant to give off light, like Exit signs and Ceiling Lights.
Making Glowstone Infused Plastic follows the same production tree as the rest of Immersibrook's plastic. You make Raw Glowstone Infused Plastic and then smelt it to get Glowstone Infused Plastic ingots.
