Pillars

Pillars are decorative support blocks that come in a variety of materials. Prior to The Big Chungus Update (Immersibrook 0.0.8), Pillars were only available in Quartz and came in three pieces that had to be stacked on top of each other. Pillars received a complete rewrite courtesy of CSX8600 and are now Dynamic, meaning they can be as high or short as the player wants without needing to carry around three different pillar blocks.

In the Fall 2021 Update (Immersibrook 1.0.0), Pillars will be affected by gravity.

Columns

Columns are thicker Pillar blocks that will be added with the Fall 2021 Update. Unlike Pillars, Columns are not affected by gravity and only come in a Concrete variant (with all sixteen of Minecraft's colors present) as well as a Glowstone Infused Plastic variant that gives off light.
