Ruby Red Sweet
The Ruby Red Sweet is a basic candy item added with the Late 2021 Update (Immersibrook 1.0.0). It uses Minecraft's unused Ruby texture. You can acquire a Ruby Red Sweet by smelting Raw Strawberry Candy in a Furnace.
Flavored Candies
Flavored Candies are food items added by the Late 2021 Update. They are mainly used to make Lollipops but can be eaten on their own as well.
Lollipops
Added in the Late 2021 Update, Lollipops provide sweet nutrition to the player. When eaten in Survival Mode, the player will receive a Paper Stick after they're done eating the Lollipop.
Candy Corn
A Halloween treat made of Colored Sugar.
White Chocolate Bar
Added in the Late 2021 Update, White Chocolate exists as a complement to Pam's Harvestcraft's Milk Chocolate. It can be eaten on its own, but it's mainly used for crafting White Chocolate Truffles and Peppermint Bark.
Raven Milk Chocolate Bar
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Raven bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking. The Raven bar does not provide any potion effects when eaten.
The Raven bar is inspired by Cadbury's Dairy Milk, a personal favorite of RavenholmZombie.
Klussbar Peanut Butter Milk Chocolate Bar
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Kluss bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking. The Raven bar does not provide any potion effects when eaten.
The Kluss bar is inspired by Reese's Peanut Butter candies, which are a personal favorite of CSX8600 (Cluss is part of his last name, but the C was replaced with a K for marketing reasons).

Sea Serpent Coffee Chocolate Bar
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Serpent bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking.
When eaten, the player is given a large speed boost and boosts to mining speed. However, if eaten too many times, the player will experience a sugar crash, which will give them slowness, blindness, mining fatigue, and nausea.
The Sea Serpent Bar is inspired by chocolates from the Awake Chocolate company and Hershey's Special Dark chocolate. It was requested by TrainDevil.
Strawberry Joy Strawberry Jam-filled Milk Chocolate Bar
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Joy bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking.
Strawberry Joy is inspired by a currently unknown chocolate bar RavenholmZombie had during his childhood that had strawberry filling.
Caramella Caramel-filled Milk Chocolate Bar
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Caramella bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking.
Caramella is inspired by Cadbury's Caramello.
NUT Milk Chocolate Bar with Peanuts
Added by the Late 2021 Update, the Caramella bar is a multi-use food item, meaning that it can be used multiple times before breaking.
NUT is inspired by Hershey's Milk Chocolate with Peanuts.

Krisp! Milk Chocolate and Peanut Butter Wafer Bar.

Krisp! is inspired by either Butterfinger, a favorite of timelady_zoe.

Chocolate Truffles
Added by the Late 2021 Update, Milk and White Chocolate Truffles serve as another use for White Chocolate and Pam's Harvestcraft's Milk Chocolate.
Combining nine of the same flavored Truffle in a Crafting Table will create a retail box of them that can be placed in the world and right clicked to dispense them.
The truffles are inspired by Lindt Lindor's truffles.
Peppermint Bark
Added by the Late 2021 Update, Peppermint Bark is a festive wintertime treat made of White Chocolate and Pam's Harvestcraft's Peppermints.
