The next 6-8 weeks, we are going to work on a project. Everyone should be able to use git, GitHub wiki’s, Trello, Slack.

We will take decision about which type of programming language is familiar and convenient to all.
According to the group members decision, we will select a framework for implementing our project.

Need a Trello board which we will create for this project and team. Actions and other details will be posted there. Columns used need to be decided. Someone needs to create and invite other team members.
Need a workspace in Slack project to track the time the team uses. Someone needs to create and invite team members by using their email addresses. We need to decide when to create channels according to our selective topic in workplace and need to do all communications there.
Need a GitHub account for this project. One team member will create a repository in GitHub and invite the rest of the team members. In this GitHub wiki page, we will provide all details about our project.
Allocate two or four team members to check coding standards. Everyone should come up with at least one coding standards.
Allocate one or two team members to check documentation tool(s). They should come up with at least one or two tools where they will briefly discuss about the usage, advantages and disadvantages for source code level documentation.
