Upon opening the options panel, all configured feed frames will be visible and you can position them by dragging them around. Similarly, when entering the game's built-in Edit Mode, the feed frames will also be visible and draggable.

If you prefer to fine-tune the positioning of the feed frames, you can do so in each frame's Appearance > Positioning section of the options panel by specifying various numeric values and relative anchor points.

Each frame has its own independent positioning settings.
