Download Unity Mod Manager from the link: https://www.nexusmods.com/site/mods/21

Extract the ZIP file to a folder, and then run "UnityModManager.exe", select Sailwind from the mod list and ensure to set the installation method to Assembly.
Warning: due to how Unity Mod Manager will install the mod loader, whenever Sailwind updates, you must re-install Unity Mod Manager, or else it will not load any mods!

Select your Sailwind game folder, and press "Install", and done!
To ensure that Unity Mod Manager was installed properly, launch the game, and if you get a new window when the game starts up, Unity Mod Manager was installed properly.
If you now check your Sailwind game folder, you should have a mods folder, this is where you will place the mods you download.
