A new big update that ports Electrona to Minecraft 1.18.2!

Changes

IMPROVEMENTS

• Ported the mod to 1.18.2 version
• Lot of optimisations and code improvements, added MaxiLib as dependency
• Major changes with Cosmic Gem that can now register new powers if other mods use Electrona as dependency!
• Added GameEvents that trigger Skulk Sensor (Energetic Lightning Bolt, Nuclear Explosion, ...)

BLOCKS

• Added Deepslate version for all ores, and changed ore repartition according to 1.18 changes with world height

BIOMES

• Technical changes, added TerraBlender as dependency

COMMANDS

• Removed all commands, they will be in incoming mod "Not Enough Commands".

ENTITIES

• Added Radioactive Zombie's Head

FIXES

• Bugfix [ER12] : Duplication issue with the Hammer
