Ingredients:
- 4 Pork chops, boneless
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 8 oz. Mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup Butter
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 5 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 T Flour
- 1 cup Chicken stock
- 1 cup Heavy whipping cream
- 3 T Soy sauce
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 tsp. Thyme
Directions:
Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops. Rub in the seasoning. Put 3 T vegetable oil in frying pan and cook 5 minutes on each side. Remove pork chops from skillet and keep warm.
Saute the mushrooms in the skillet. Add the butter and the onions, and saute for 1 minute. Add garlic and stir. Add flour and stir. Add chicken stock and stir. Finally add cream and stir.
Add soy sauce, salt and thyme and stir. Put the pork chops back in the sauce, cover and cook 5 minutes on medium low. Serve immediately.
