The aetherial conductivity/resistance, is a measure of the magical potential an item adds - or subtracts - from a person's personal abilities.

Potential / Reserves

The first digit represents the amount of aether/mana that can be "summoned" or "stored".

Force

The second digit, typically super-scripted and following a μ. This represents the rate at which the summoned/reserved energy can be utilized, or expelled.

Conductivity / Resistance

Any potential rating above 30, is a conductive rating and causes an increase. Ratings at or below 30 is a resistance and causes a lower affect.
