Notification policies are the set of rules for where, when, and how the alerts are routed to contact points

Setup notification policies, by default that is a default policies. All alert instances will be handled by the default policy if no other matching policies are found.

  1. Click on the Edit button to edit the existing policy. image

  2. Select preference contact points, group by folder and timing options image

  3. Completed the configuration and click on "Update default policy"

  4. If you would like to setup a new custom policy, you may click on "add nested policy"

  5. You can configure the labels and the conditions. image

Mute Timings

  1. Click on "Add Mute Timing" image

  2. Provide name and set the time intervals, then click on "Save mute timing" image
