Conclusion
Every site I looked at claimed to have the best algorithm to find the most personally correct matches. Also, most sites claimed to be secure and that they would only use your data to find a match. It's important to let people know their data is secure and won't be sold to other companies.
The sites above all looked outdated to me, with the exception of lexa.nl. As a user, you want to feel that a site is regularly updated. That you won't see inactive profiles, and that inappropriate profiles will be blocked.
Sites like zoosk.com and pepper.nl showed very little content on their homepage. Even when I started looking at other pages, it was hard to find information about the site. Because of this, the site failed to inform me and I clicked away after ~10 seconds.
Finally, elitedating.nl showed a lot of stock photos and fake looking testimonials. This made the site look like a scam. It felt as if the site didn't actually have made matches with people, therefore they used stock photos.
