In its current state, the game has a single level which ends with the player obtaining a code, which we had planned to be the code to enter the mysterious laboratory. Inside of this lab we had plans for several puzzles, the player would meet obstacles and different enemies. The goal of the game is for the player to delve into what has happened that caused this weird environment and seemingly infected people. This lab will have several safety measures, which the player must breach. Often by obtaining clues either by defeating enemies in combat, solving puzzles or a combination of both.
As the player progresses through the lab, you obtain stronger weapons and consumables like healing and temporary speed boosts. As you obtain more information about the purpose of this lab and what went wrong, you meet a surviving scientist, who has critical information about how to reverse the effects of this catastrophe. He will not survive for long, but just long enough to give you these vital pieces of information. This will become the ultimate goal of the game - to contain the spread of the disaster and ultimately restore world order.
Once all this information has been given, the player will find an emergency exit at the end of the lab level, and the player is now in a post-apocalyptic city. In here you will have to survive, explore buildings, try to find other survivors to help you in your quest to reach a final destination, from which this disaster can start being contained.
