1. Build error: 'unicode/ucsdet.h' file not found

Remove mailcore2/scripts/prebuilt.list and build again. It will fetch all prebuilt dependencies. It's usually 70MB and will take some time. Don't interrupt this phase. https://github.com/MailCore/mailcore2/issues/102

2. Build error: undeclared identifier 'mailpop3_set_progress_callback'
