Just somewhere I can publically share derived motor values.

Common US-Domestic Motor Torque Factors
(Can be experimentally derived with a known Gear Ratio, Continuous Force, Continuous Amperage and Wheel Size) Example: EMD GP30 - 980 Amps continuous - 50,000lbs continuous on 62:15 (or 4.133) gearing on 40" (20" radius) wheels. Four axles, so 12,500lbf per axle at 1.666 ft away from wheel hub. Torque at Armature = (12500 * 1.666) / 4.1333 = 5038 ftlbs. 5038 / 980 = ~5.15 ftlbs per amp
- EMD D57 (e.g. GP30): 5.15
- GE 752E5, AF (e.g. road alco): 5.127
(i'll add more as I can)
