The LS-660, simply put, was one of two initial offerings from Lima. While orders were placed for a small number (then later cancelled), none were built. Functionally, it's an LS-750 before it was uprated; it shares the same full-length carbody. Amusingly enough, Armco Steel placed an order for one such unit two years before Lima had even produced any volume of diesels, much less a single prototype.
