What are Users?
Users are registered participants who can add comments to a Project. Different badges are useful for recognizing expertise among the Users of a Project.
Creating a new User
New users must be created before they can be added to a specific Project. To do this, follow these steps:
- Go to the main menu on the left-hand side and click on Users.
- Click on the 'plus' sign to the right of the title Users.
- Fill out the fields with the new user's information. When you're done, select Create User.
Adding Users to a Project
You can now add the user you just created to a specific Project: 4. In the Users page, click on the 'plus' sign to the right of the Project where you want the user to be added. A list of previously created users will be displayed. 5. Add users by clicking on the 'plus' sign to the right of each name. To confirm that the user/s have been added correctly, select To all users on the Users page.
