What are Users?

Users are registered participants who can add comments to a Project. Different badges are useful for recognizing expertise among the Users of a Project.

Creating a new User

New users must be created before they can be added to a specific Project. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the main menu on the left-hand side and click on Users.
  2. Click on the 'plus' sign to the right of the title Users.
  3. Fill out the fields with the new user's information. When you're done, select Create User.

Adding Users to a Project

You can now add the user you just created to a specific Project: 4. In the Users page, click on the 'plus' sign to the right of the Project where you want the user to be added. A list of previously created users will be displayed. 5. Add users by clicking on the 'plus' sign to the right of each name. To confirm that the user/s have been added correctly, select To all users on the Users page.
