Trigorilla 1.1

If you have installed one of the new Trigorilla 1.1, the servo pins are inverted and it needs further changes to use BLTouch. Check the upper left corner of the board for "Trigorilla 1.1". Also check the servo pins, if you have Trigorilla 1.1 the pin header is pre soldered to "S1"
