Sync Dev Database to Prod

1. Open up MySql Workbench and login
2. On the Administration tab on the left select Data Export.
3. Select the MLR database
4. Under Export Options select "Export to Self-Contained File"
5. Click Start Export
6. Once export is complete select Data Import/Restore from the Administration tab
7. At the top under Import Options select "Import from Self-contained File" and select the previous exported file
8. Below under "Default Schema to be Imported To" select the MLR-Dev Database
9. Press the Start Import button
