Need statement:

An industry in Hubballi is looking for a miniaturized winding machine that can wrap string, twine, yarn, rope wire, ribbon, and tape.

Design a semi-automatic yarn winding machine, which is able to do accurate/precised winding process. The Machine should consume less or null power, should be clean, hygenic, portable and user-friendly

1.4 Identify constraints

Machine must not exceed its weight over 5 kgs, dimensions : 1660mm X 2070mm X 1670mm and should be able to wind 2-3 sets of material at one interval and wind 3-5 metres of its length, budget to build should not exceed Rs. 4000

The Machine should consume less or null power, should be clean, hygenic, portable and user-friendly. Machine must not exceed its weight over 5 kgs, dimensions : 1660mm X 2070mm X 1670mm and should be able to wind 2-3 sets of material at one interval and wind 3-5 metres of its length, budget to build should not exceed Rs. 4000 . Machine should indicate the user after winding process is completed and should count number of turns that are wound per set and display it's weight after weighing. The finishing will be done manually.
