INTRODUCTION
A winding machine is a machine that are used to wind various things like thread, copper, foil, ribbon, spool etc.

AUTOMATIC WINDING MACHINE
Winders are used heavily in textile manufacturing, especially in preparation to weaving where the yarn is wound onto a bobbin and then used in a shuttle. Winders have a center roll (a bobbin, spool, reel, belt-winding shell, etc.) on which the material is wound up. Often there are metal bars that travel through the center of the roll, and are shaped according to their intended purpose. A circular bar facilitates greater speed, while a square bar provides a greater potential for torque.
WORKING PRINCIPLE OF WINDING MACHINE
The winder is mainly composed of tube socket, yarn clearer, tensioner and groove drum. The working principle of winding machine is to take the yarn or silk from the tube yarn down, introduce the guide yarn and the silk plate through the guide yarn and the screw rod, then pass through the gap between the clearing yarn and the silk plate through the disc tensioner, then through the groove of the guide yarn, the screw rod, the tension rod and the groove drum, and finally attach to the transmission power of the friction of the groove drum, winding it into a conical object. The main purpose of winding machine is to reel the yarn from winding machine or spinning machine into larger volume objects. While winding, the winder can also remove impurities or defects on yarn and silk, which improves the productivity of the later process and equipment.

It should function 1 hour continuously, should give an alert message after winding, must read user input and should have a output display. The machine should be miniaturized as much as possible and should weight less than 4kgs. The machine should wind one material at a time. The budget should not exceed Rs.4000.
