AUTHENTICATION |
RFID scanner scans the ID card and the student will be allowed to operate the machine if he is validated. |

DISPLAY |
For this particular subsystem the user has to select a particular funtion i.e either 1.dispensing or 2.collecting. Later the user must select the particular size of the drillbit required . This particular information will be displayed on the screen. |

DISPENSING AND COLLECTING |
There are two slots for dispensing two different size drill bits.When the user selects particular drill bit the dispenser below it,which is rotated by a DC motor will turn 90 degrees and dispense it on the platform.And there is a separate slot for collection of drill bits where the user will have to dump it after his usage. |

Drill bits to be dispensed are stored here.And the drill bits recollected will also be stored.It houses all the components. |
