As an investor I want to be able to execute an order for a quantity greater than is available on any individual venue.

Note: Markets can be static.

scenario 1:

Given Market A has 150 stocks at $100
And Market B has 55 stocks at $101
When an investor wants to buy 125 stocks at $100
Then SOR executes 125 stocks at $100

scenario 2:

Given Market A has 100 stocks at $100
And Market B has 55 stocks at $100
When an investor wants to buy 125 stocks at $100
Then SOR executes 125 stocks at $100
