Project planning

The bulk of the work for Bit London will take place from January to the 25th of March 2022.

Each team member has been allocated a series of tasks to accomplish along this period in a Trello board.

It is estimated that to complete the project efficiently every team member should allocate at least 5 hours per week to their own tasks.

A period of testing has been allocated towards the end of the working period.
