#Major Changes and New Features Summary

Cross-region replication

This release includes the ability to replicate data between Liquid Platform multicommunity environments. This is an experimental feature only offered to selected communities.

AWS component upgrades

This release brings all of the AWS components up to date with latest upgrades and security improvements.

#Change Log

  1. Webhook trigger now handles retries more gracefully
  2. Entitlement paths involving lists of primitives are now interpreted in the same way in on-premise and cloud environments.
  3. Updated the sorting of null/empty values in MC to be consistent with Insight Pop datagrids in the Decisions app
  4. Materialized view generation failures are now logged.

#Risks and Known Issues

Because of the AWS library upgrades, some users may need to uninstall Mission Control by clearing the WebStart cache and reinstalling it from https://ldcloud.liquidanalytics.com/missioncontrol/

#Maintenance Window

This server deployment does not require a maintenance window.

#Special Deployment Notes

This release requires that the WebSocket relay is updated as well.

#ProdB Validation

Testers assigned to each customer use the current production client app to verify there are no new issues introduced in ProdB:

  1. In settings change the server URL to https://ldcloud-b.liquidanalytics.com
  2. Perform exploratory testing
  3. Report only new issues found, distinguishing between what may be caused by the server from what is a client-side issue

    • On-demand functions
    • Queries

#Prod Validation
