time-token.* - Full Access to the plugin.
time-token.admin - Admin privilege.
time-token.user - Default user privilege.

time-token.sign-menu.create - Ability to create sign menus.
time-token.sign-menu.use - Ability to use sign menus.
time-token.command.* - Access to all the commands.
time-token.command.check-time - Access to check token command.
time-token.command.check-token - Access to check time command.
time-token.command.check-boosts - Access to check boosts command.
time-token.command.check-top-time - Access to top time command.
time-token.command.check-top-token - Access to top token command.
