TGA-FTIR-hyphenation-tool-kit

A package for handling hyphenated TGA and FTIR data. Includes basic plotting as well as as advanced deconvolution of FTIR data.

Setup

Unpack files from supplementary folder and rename package folder to "TGA_FTIR_tools" to yield the following folder structure:

• TGA_FTIR_tools
• settings.ini
• Fitting_parameter.xlsx
• Profiles.xlsx
