To use HBW Helper, please make sure your Minecraft client and account configurations meet the following requirements.

Requirement	Explanation
Minecraft 1.8.9, 1.11.x, 1.12.x, 1.14.4, 1.15.x, or 1.16.x	These are the client versions supported by HBW Helper.
Minecraft Forge for your Minecraft client version	This is the dependency of many Minecraft mods like HBW Helper.
Access to Minecraft server mc.hypixel.net	This mod is designed only for Hypixel Bed Wars. Bed Wars on Hypixel China operated by NetEase is unsupported yet.
Game Options > Chat Settings > Chat set to "Shown" in Minecraft	This mod detects information about a Bed Wars game by reading chat messages received from Hypixel. Please make sure you allow all messages received from Hypixel to show up in your client, or this mod will stop working.
Language set to English in Hypixel server	We match messages you see in client with what we saw when we played Bed Wars with English setting in Hypixel, so please make sure you have the same setting. This setting is in Hypixel: not to be confused with language in Minecraft client. You can change this setting by right-clicking the head of your skin in the hotbar in any Hypixel lobby. You can select whatever language you want for Minecraft client.
