Submitting Issues
If you are a user of TideSDK, please file your issue using the issue tracker on GitHub for the project. A member of our project team will review, categorize, and prioritize it for resolution on our JIRA system.
When work on bug fix or feature request has been completed, our commits are identified with the issue number. Once committed, the issue is marked as resolved.
If you are a TideSDK team member, please file any issues directly with the JIRA system. If you don't have access to JIRA, please contact the Project Lead for an account.
Check if Issue Already Submitted
Before submitting a bug report or feature request, please ensure it hasn't already been submitted. You can indicate support for an existing issue by commenting on it.
When submitting a bug, please include any details necessary to reproduce it including the operating system and version of TideSDK involved. If you can, attempt to isolated the failure in some lines of code. Please attach this with your issue description. This more complete your issue is, the more likely it will get receive attention.
