Introduction

Warp-field isolation blocks are used to protect your Ship core from detection by Radars. They'll passively absorb the energy wave from the Radar, provided you've enough of those blocks.

Detection probability

You need at least 2 Warp-field isolation blocks to get an initial probability of being invisible. The more isolation blocks you'll place, the more chance your core will be hidden.

To be completely invisible from a radar, you'll need 16 isolation blocks.

Usage

All isolation blocks needs to be within 3 blocks around the core top face. They do not require power to operate.

Once placed, it'll take a few seconds for your isolation to have an effect. After that, you can right click the Ship core to see how many isolation blocks are covering that core.

Recipe

Each block requires 1x Tier 3 machine casing surrounded by 4x Cloaking plates.

Depending on other mods present, a Cloaking plate can be:

• titanium plate (Gregtech)
• or enderium ingot (Thermal Expansion)
• or iridium plate (IC2)
• or vibrating alloy (EnderIO)
• or quartz
