Introduction

In case of danger, sirens are used to immediately warn everyone in the area so they react accordingly.

General principle

A siren emits a loud looping sound of different type and ranges. Industrial siren is typically used when your machines requires immediate attention, or simply when you reactor is about to carve a new hole in your base. Air raid sirens have a specific sound pattern to warn the local population of an incoming attack, usually by air. This leave them a bit of time to reach a shelter, before the first bombs reach the ground.

Sirens exists in 3 different tiers (Normal, Advanced & Superior) with increasing range to reach players within 32, 64 or 128 meters.

Usage

A siren emits sounds as long as a redstone signal is received.

You can upgrade a siren to increase its range.
