All controls can be modified in Options -> Keymap. There is a search bar to find the action you're interested in. To assign a key, click on the displayed keyboard button, then press the key(s) on your keyboard that you want to use.

By default, sitting is A, dropping an item is Shift+A, running is Ctrl, crouching is Left Shift, crawling is C, talking in the voice chat is Left Shift (held), and using your powers is V or N.
