All future work should be along the lines of the following in the next version

Version 2

• Proofread everything to make sure it makes sense
• Complete the list of Alterations
• Correct the various mistakes that were found and do not introduce new ones

Version 3 (Let us say this will start in 2018)

• Switch convention to Fig A.B.C:
• Switch KEIMA to KEIMA in a different font
• Make a standard convention for table borders in ODT
• Better size the small figures in the book

Version 4

• Obtain a paper copy of the book itself
• Proofread everything to make sure it makes sense

Not in scope is making everything super nicely in LaTex so that it becomes a book standard, this project is designed to be a nice to view in A4 work.
