Perimeter mode is a special graphical mode that isolates the present focus from the general CYBERSPACE or the Cloud.

In perimeter mode, instead of objects being spherical, objects here are rectangular and the layout is isolated from all other nodes. Any Nodes/Objects that count as DATA are present by reference only. Messages can be sent from here, perhaps to those objects.

This all happens within a graphical sub-"language" that occurs through mouse-clicks and special input windows, etc.
