It is anticipated that the operating system will create four primary cultures:

• application stewards (creating full-scale apps)
• data jockeys (creating and maintaining objects)
• users (who only run the software and never interact with the command line)
• maintainers (those who help keep the singularity software maintained, efficient, and easy to use).
