A practical tag ontology should only need 10 categories per level and perhaps 5 levels. That 10^5 or 100,000 tags. If a tag is translated into another language, it's considered the same tag. Each tag gets a color in the color schema which is composed of a 4-vector, or 4 dimensional number (like (personal, object, teaching, local)).

Tags should be hyphenated so that they can be referenced as authority when used inside the internet (or other media) and outside the operating system. 5 levels of heading, going from most abstract to most concrete.
