System command

Usage:

PUBLISH ["msg"]

This command puts information on the inside of your node, when other people visit it. When they enter the node, they will get the nodes "welcome message".

The ability to publish more, requires a reputation value. 1 point of reputation per letter.

Without a message, the current welcome message will be printed.

PUBLISH just puts the data or msg to the perimeter (to it`s own special "namespace" of sorts). The INVERT command must be used to further organize this data and name/categorize it.
