There are several things to train in the elite training for the West:

• When to lead and when to follow,
• The consequences of being wrong can be dire, so you need knowledge and experience,
• broad-based knowledge, specializing in one unique thing making no real competitors in your ranks.
• Becoming a specialist is easily measurable, so do it. Whether it's a sword or a gun, practice until perfect. But winning is never about markmanship only, you must have the righteousness to pull it off.
