Introduction to Salesforce
Salesforce is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management system (CRM). It allows for a better way to organize information about current or potential customers, meaning the employees can focus more on relationship building, streamlining processes, and improving profitability. You'll see it used for sales, admissions processes, or for tracking donors to name a few potential applications. In a Salesforce role, you will have the opportunity to either do database management work as a Salesforce Administrator or build the backend of automation processes as a Salesforce Developer.
