NIRayFan Command

Description

Command to generate a 2D fan of rays inside a user defined angle. Entry Parameters are the focal point of the ray fan, the beginning angle, ending angle and the number of rays. Output is an equally spaced ray fan between the beginning and ending angles with total number of rays equal to number of rays requested. Builds rays in the selected construction plane.
