If you are not in the IMPACTT workshop, you can still do some of these tutorials if you like. We haven't finished adapting the MAG assembly and binning tutorial for those outside of the workshop yet, but the Taxonomic annotation tutorial was much the same as the previous IMPACTT workshop. You can find that tutorial here, along with instructions for downloading the data and installing the tools necessary.
