When you active icon changer, the extension backup (if exist) the file Derived Styles\DetailsView ItemTemplate.xaml for use template of the extension.

When you active icon changer in description, the extension changes game icon in game details also.

After making your choice, you must press "Apply icons" and restart application. Same thing after "Restore icons".
