Error 3: RCON Plugin Disabled

If you encounter this error, follow these steps to resolve it:

1. Make sure BakkesMod and Rocket League are open.
2. Press F2 in-game to open the BakkesMod settings.
3. Go to the "Plugins" tab (Labeled 1 in the image below).
4. Open the "Plugin Manager" tab (Labeled 2 in the image below).
5. Click "Open Plugin Manager" (Labeled 3 in the image below).
6. Ensure the checkbox for CARL is enabled (Labeled 4 in the image below).
7. Ensure the checkbox for RCON is enabled (Labeled 5 in the image below).
8. Restart CARL2 and check if the issue is fixed.
