JUSTIFICATION

DESIGN 1 - CONVEYOR BELT

1. Ease of use 0 Both the design are easy to use since we have to just push the button to get syringes dispensed
2. Maintenance +8 The Conveyer belt design is easy to maintain because unlike rack and pinion it doesn't require any kind of lubricant to run smoothly
3. Storing medicine 0 Both the designs have same type of storing we have to put bottles or syringes one above the other
4. Portabitallatlity 0 Both design can be carried easily however rack and pinion maybe little heavy
5. Cost +4 Conveyer belt design will cost less because it's mechanism is simple and have simple components unlike rack and pinion whose components are complex
6. Size 0 Both the designs have same size

DESIGN 2

2. Maintenance +8 Unlike rack and pinion this design is easy to maintain and has long life
3. Storing medicine -7 In this design we have to put each one-one syringe or bottle in each compartment which is a tedious process
4. Portability +10 This design is light weight and easy to carry
5. Cost +4 In this design the components used are very less and simple though the inner cylinder is complex to make but it is cheap
6. Size +2 The design being cylindrical occupies less space compare to rack and pinion which is cuboidal

DESIGN 4-LINKAGE

6. Size -2 The linkage mechanism takes more space compare to rack and pinion
